Adnan is an experienced HR Manager who specialises in the fields of remuneration, reward, compensation, performance management, employee benefits, mobility and workforce analytics. He has worked in the insurance, engineering, infrastructure and construction, manufacturing and health care industries and was educated in the fields of Human Resources, Accounting and Information Technology at the University of New South Wales, Sydney and Monash University, Melbourne. In his career to date, Adnan has worked for both Australian and global companies and has spoken at a number of HR conferences on the topics of remuneration benefits and mobility in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Hiba M. Anver is a Partner with Erickson Immigration Group and Adjunct Faculty at the George Washington University School of Law. At EIG, she leads an international team that manages clients in various industries, including tech, e-sports, fintech, e-commerce, medicine, and education. She advises corporate clients on complex immigration matters resulting from restructuring, including mergers, acquisitions.

Widely respected within the field, Hiba was named one of the top immigration attorneys for start-ups by Business Insider and received the 2022 Diversity in Business Award by the Washington Business Journal in recognition of her efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Mark is the firm’s Regional Partner for the Asia Pacific, based in Fragomen’s Singapore office. He has practiced for more than 20 years with leading local and international law firms providing corporate, employment and immigration law advice and services to local and multinational corporations in the Asia Pacific. Today, Mark provides comprehensive immigration consultancy services and overall immigration management to local and international clients. Mark also provides immigration support to individuals and their family members who wish to live and work in Singapore, including Personalized Employment Pass, Permanent Resident and Citizenship applications. Mark is a regular speaker and panelist at various immigration events.

Director Global Account Management

Arabelle started her career in the accounting industry with her last position with Ernst & Young in Expatriate Tax, with experience in Singapore and US Individual Tax return. This had provided Arabelle with a strong compensation and benefit foundation and contributes to an effective policy management.

Arabelle moved to the Relocation industry in 2005 and had held various positions in operational and management role. She had managed clients in technology, automobile and oil and gas industry, one of which had fully outsourced its relocation management function.

As Director of Global Account Management today, Arabelle has the overall global client relationship responsibility of a tri-regional account, ensuring global consistency delivery of the client relocation program.

Rodger is the General Manager, Global Security services for World Travel Protection, based in the Brisbane Command Centre.

He works closely with clients that come from a diverse range of businesses, including universities, security firms, travel management agencies, business continuity advisors and human resources consultants, to identify potential travel risks and provide expert security advice and support.

Rodger has valuable experience gained in some of the world’s hot spots including places like Rwanda, East Timor and Iraq. He has held senior roles for mining, oil and gas companies, living and working in Indonesia, Madagascar, Zambia and Papua New Guinea.

Weichert Workforce Mobility

Avrom spearheads all client engagement and service delivery activities throughout the EMEA and APAC regions for Weichert Workforce Mobility, drawing on over thirty years of strategic global mobility leadership experience to help multinational companies navigate this increasingly complex and diverse market.

Avrom has served as the architect of several ground breaking global mobility research reports on China; led the establishment of mobility offices in the UK, Netherlands Hong Kong and Shanghai; pioneered the first destination services provided throughout central and eastern Europe and created the first pan-European destination services network. He also acted as principal consultant in the design of the first destination services company in China.

Avrom has worked and lived in Hong Kong since 2001; prior to that, his career was centered in Europe where he worked and lived in Amsterdam, Brussels and London. Avrom was named APAC Global Mobility Professional of the Year in 2012 by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM).

Additionally, he was recognized with the FEM award for Outstanding Contribution to APAC Global Mobility in 2016. He has also earned multiple awards from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC), including a Meritorious Service Award, three Distinguished Service Awards and WERC’s highest honor, the President’s Award. Avrom was also named as one of the Top 100 Most Admired Global Mobility Service Providers in 2021.

Kerwin’s HR journey spans more than 20 years at leading tech organizations, first at Intel and currently at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. A positive influence in HR and mobility circles, Kerwin is always focused on demonstrating leadership through change; identifying possibilities in the midst of challenge; building exceptional and unique partnerships; guiding team members and teams to their best performance and career experiences; and helping others find their success in a range of environments. His work has given him the opportunity to lead through a range of corporate, organizational, and business transitions that include M&As, spin-offs, start-ups, site closures and global crises.

Kerwin is also adept at discovering new approaches and solutions for attracting, hiring, deploying, engaging and retaining talent. Kerwin holds a BS in industrial engineering from De La Salle University. Over the years, he has provided expertise to FEM and a number of global mobility organizations including Worldwide ERC®, where he served on the Board of Directors from 2018 to 2020. He is frequently honored with industry awards for his accomplishments and achievements, and in early 2021, Kerwin was voted the Most Admired Global Mobility Professional in the World by his peers through Benivo’s Global Mobility Top 100. During his tenure at HPE, Kerwin and the GM team at HPE have also won an impressive collection of EMMAs for their achievements. Kerwin was also awarded the 2022 FEM Americas EMMA for his Outstanding Contribution to Global Mobility.

Cheryl is the Client Relationship Director for World Travel Protection (WTP), based in the Brisbane Command Centre.

With over 12 years’ experience working at WTP, Cheryl has a strong understanding of customers’ and employees’ needs. With a background in travel operations, including in the UK, Cheryl started as a case manager for WTP back in 2010 and has worked in several roles including five years as Operations Manager.

In her current role as a Client Relationship Director, Cheryl provides support and account management to Australian clients and the operational team, while also working with the WTP Sales team.

Anne Kelechi-Kanu is an accomplished management professional with a wealth of multi-functional and multi-national experience building professional, sustainable organizations, defining, and implementing strategy aligned to corporate objectives, anticipating future needs, and supporting multi-site and growth-oriented businesses. She is a collaborative leader who creates shared vision and leads from the front to build, empower, and motivate multi-cultural, cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed goals, strategic partnerships, and Human Resources management.

Having joined Procter and Gamble since February 2003, currently responsible for a senior management team since October 2021, Anne is the Global People Mobility Director for the AMA/GC region, leading a team located across 4 countries to deliver best in class mobility services across 25 countries. In this role she has led market country startups, several process improvement projects and delivered improved user experience and enhanced compliance with zero disruption to business.

Talent Mobility Partner

Klaudia Krawczyk, Talent Mobility Partner, is responsible for APAC & EMEA international transfers at BlackRock. Her main duty is to counsel Managers, HRBPs and Recruiters on specific Talent Mobility scenarios and policies, which includes communicating mobility cost estimates and relocation packages as well as managing internal approvals and assisting with escalations.

She started her Mobility career in 2017 as a Global Mobility Specialist at Fujitsu Poland. 2 years later Klaudia moved to Shanghai, where she managed assignments at Sanofi China. In 2020 Klaudia joined BlackRock out of Budapest. 1,5 years later she transferred internally to Hong Kong.

Klaudia graduated with double degree in Human Resources Management and English Translation Studies. She obtained the Global Mobility Certificate in 2021.

Head of Market Development – APAC

Andy McCrow relocated from the UK to Singapore in 2015 to establish the APAC Headquarters of The Apartment Service, where he oversaw the growth of The Apartment Service in the region, and successfully delivered corporate housing solutions to clients such as HSBC, AIG and Santa Fe Relocation. Following the acquisition of the Apartment Service by SilverDoor in 2021, Andy and his Singapore-based team joined forces with the existing SilverDoor APAC headquarters to form the largest independent corporate housing agent in the APAC region.

Andy has a broad spectrum of expertise in various areas of business management; having overseen teams in Finance, Operations, Partner Relationships, Account Management and Business Development during a career in corporate housing that spans over 20 years. With a particular interest in Key Account Management and the nurturing and development of major client and supplier relationships, Andy’s current role as Head of Market Development for SilverDoor is focused on driving the ongoing expansion of the Award-winning Corporate Housing agent in the Asia Pacific Region.

Michael (Mike) Nole is the Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing for World Travel Protection, based in Miami, Florida.

Mike is responsible for the rapidly expanding team at WTP and global market strategy to ensure organisations have the solutions they need for a comprehensive travel risk management program.

Mike has more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, with over a decade spent at Cigna Global. He brings a unique perspective to the relationship between travel safety and risk management.

As Client Service Director for APAC, Helen is committed to the delivery of Legendary Service at all customer touchpoints. She takes care to develop, implement and manage creative solutions that achieve internal and external scorecard targets by effectively leading a team of consultants to meet the business goals of our clients and stakeholders. Armed with two decades of management experience spanning the United States of America and South East Asia, Helen is an expert in Client Relations, Expatriate Relocation and Visa & Immigration Services. Before joining Weichert, Helen, as Director, Relocation Services for SIRVA Relocation, was responsible for operational success and business development in Malaysia. Helen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Concordia University Wisconsin and speaks both English & Bahasa Melayu fluently. She has earned the Global Mobility Specialist designation from Worldwide ERC.

Archana is a senior management professional with varied HR experience having worked in technology, design, animation and engineering industries. She is currently working with SNC-Lavalin’s Atkins as Head of HR based in Singapore for the last 7 years. She has held various leadership roles including head of global mobility and reward for Asia, previously. She currently is the HR Business Partner for their business in Asia and also heads learning and talent development in the region.

Senior Global Mobility Manager

As Dyson’s Global Mobility Manager based in Singapore, Shazy is involved with strategic projects and daily operations involving cross-border moves. She also maintains stakeholder and supplier relations and manages quality assurance and operational excellence among many other responsibilities. Shazy’s Global Mobility career over the last 10 years has spanned several industries including technology, electronic manufacturing, business solutions, hospitality and banking.

Through the years, Shazy had the opportunity to be a part of multiple HR Transformations and Policy reviews. As part of continuous learning, Shazy is an active participant and contributor to Global Mobility conferences globally. Her goal-oriented and focused personality is not only prevalent in her professional capacity but also in her personal life where she enjoys competing in soft – tip darts and leisure bowling with her 3 year old son.

Deputy Regional Leader of APAC

Jason has over 15 years of experience in global mobility. Prior to assuming the current role, Jason had served as the Director of Client Engagement at the AIRINC Hong Kong office, servicing numerous clients with large expatriate populations as well as leading mobility policy-related projects. His experience also includes 2 years in general management for a mid-size manufacturing firm in Taiwan.

In his current role, Jason leads the APAC business for AIRINC and continues to help companies in this region design global mobility policies and compensation packages supporting their respective organization objectives. Jason received his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Boston University in 2007.

Sarah is the Vice President for Mobility at Wood plc based in Malaysia. Sarah and her exceptional global team run a large mobility program ensuring they inspire people through collaboration, care, trust and innovative, agile solutions. She has over 10 years’ experience in Global Mobility and prior to her 7 years at Wood, worked as a Business Partner for International SOS in Singapore.

Forum for Expatriate Management

Claire has more than 20 years’ experience in communications, working for major publishing houses as a senior managing editor, writer and journalist, at events, in print and the digital world. As Global Director, she leads the FEM brand, produces and chairs all the live summits, conferences, awards (EMMAs) and digital events and webinars across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Claire also oversees the worldwide network of FEM Chapters and is keen to engage with new members and to broaden the FEM community.

Regional Sales Director

Nicole started her career in supply chain and asset management for a global FMCG company before moving into Sales & Marketing for organizations seeking to develop their global reach. Most recently she has spent 5 years supporting British firms expand into ASEAN on behalf of the UK Government’s International Trade initiatives. During this time, she was a subject matter expert in supporting companies in the Technology, Education, Financial Services and F&B/Consumer Goods sectors enter markets across the region.

As Regional Sales Director, Nicole provides strategic direction and support to potential new clients seeking to formalize and curate the mobility programs for their current and future growth needs. Her regional focus covers Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Rowen Wong is a Client Services Manager at WHR Global (WHR), Singapore. She has seven years of global mobility and employee relocation experience working with multinational companies in a variety of industries including Information Technology; Pharmaceuticals; Food and Beverage; Banking; and Manufacturing. At WHR, she is responsible for program management, service performance monitoring, and ongoing policy consultation. She creates a win-win solution based on clients’ company policies and their employees’ needs. She oversees the Singapore team with a strong emphasis on quality service delivery, plus she manages other key stakeholders and provider partners. Rowen holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Malaya. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant in Singapore specializing in individual income tax at an accounting firm.

Shumin Yeo is the Senior Manager for Global Mobility in Micron Technology, Inc. Shumin graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Computing. Since joining Micron, she was given several opportunities to fulfil roles with increasing responsibility within the People organization.
