Dhilip Kumar Raju

An ardent member of the HR clan certified by INSEAD School of Business, Singapore with diverse experience in Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility and Design Thinking. In my current role I double hat as an integral member of the Strategy office of Growth Markets CEO APAC, LATAM, MEA India responsible for Programs, Synergy and Productivity. I also play the role of Head of Staffing for TCS Asia Pacific. In this role, me and my amazing team are responsible for meeting talent needs for Asia Pacific Geography of Tata Consultancy Services Private Limited In my previous roles,I have managed a large diversity program in partnership with AIESEC for building global talent, delivered Transformational Leadership Development Programs Lead HR for a business unit specialized in workforce planning and analytics responsible for program management office of the global business HR Head of TCS, rolled out a major global mobility system that governs compliance to immigration norms across geographies.

A hattrick HR Hackathon title winner with few copyrights and patents to my credit I was recently granted patents in the US and India as co innovator for a computer implemented method and system to identify leaders in various groups using machine language.

The passionate storyteller in me runs a not for profit story telling venture called “MaDhi - The story tellers” to take stories of moral values to children, parents and corporates along with my better half. My key focus for current HR sojourn revolves around strategizing external local talent building (Recruitment, Onboarding, Partner ecosystems, digitization employee experience), Elevating employee experience, Mergers, People Integration, internal talent mobility and immigration compliance for 11 countries across APAC.

June Mahadevan

VP of Global Mobility, APAC & India, Publicis Groupe

As the Regional Global Mobility Leader at Publicis Groupe, June Mahadevan is responsible for delivery of mobility case management, advisory and compliance services, expanding mobility services and driving mobility strategy throughout the APAC and India. She is a highly experienced Global Mobility professional with a track record in managing complex de-centralized Global Mobility programs, and managing cross-border tax, immigration and relocation matters.

June has also spent over 15-years in Global Mobility Professional Services, where she developed an in-depth specialisation in global mobility automation and process excellence to deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in global mobility programs, minimization of compliance risk and data governance.


Shazy Tan

Senior Manager, Global Mobility, Visa

Shazy has a passion for the ‘art of moving people’ across borders. With a career spanning a decade over several industries such as hospitality, manufacturing, technology, professional services and currently Fintech in Visa, Shazy strives to bring a varied perspective of best market practices to her stakeholders.


Shumin Yeo

Senior Manager, Global Mobility, Micron Technology Inc.

Shumin has held roles across HR and Global Mobility and a recent transition heading the entire global mobility function at Micron for APAC and EMEA. She has played pivotal role in significant expansion projects and senior leadership relocations including facilitating several CEO’s direct reports assignment. Shumin has been instrumental in driving and pioneering new initiatives such as the hybrid relocation experience, fostering early collaboration with key stakeholders, and transforming the role of global mobility into a more strategic function. She was named the Rising Star of the Year in the FEM EMMA America 2022 and her team has also received several awards in the past two years, including the 2023 FEM APAC EMMA for Best Employee Experience & Engagement.

Beyond her professional achievements, Shumin is deeply committed to diversity, equality and inclusive (DE&I). She is also the regional lead for Micron women’s leadership network (MWLN) which earned the HR excellence award in empowering women strategy (gold) in 2023. Shumin has also influenced the integration of DEI principles into the mobility program. Her dedication to these values is a true testament to her leadership in creating an inclusive workplace culture.
